What is Zeta Iota Chi?

What started as a mere vision a few years ago has developed into a Christian Sorority, established in 2003 with the founding sisters of the Alpha Line. The Sisters consisted of three beautiful young women known as The Virtuous Trinity. These young women are not your ordinary women, they are anointed,full of ambition, and most of all ordained from the foundation of the earth. God saw fit that their paths cross and from this union Zeta Iota Chi Christian Sorority, Inc, was birthed.

Zeta Iota Chi Christian Sorority, Inc is hoping to be recognized on university and college campuses throughout Western New York and beyond. When hope impregnates belief, faith uniquely is burned into the hearts of believers. This is an alternative sorority for women. According our constitution and the law, we are an organization, but more of a ministry. We will also be women who lead by example. Zeta Iota Chi Christian Sorority also believes in giving back to our communities.

We volunteer our services at a local Kids Cafe where we help students with their homework while teaching them how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. We strive for excellence in everything we do. It is our prayer that every woman of God regardless of the color of your skin come together on one accord to serve, praise and worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.

The Mission Statement

The mission of Zeta Iota Chi Christian Sorority Inc., is a organization that fosters and encourages the advancement of women by participating in community service, stressing academic excellence, sisterhood and developing leadership through active participation in our professional goals. These ideals are initiated only through our undying faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Romans 12: 1-2
* I beseech you therefore, brethren by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable unto god which is
your reasonable service,

* And be not conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind that you may prove which is that good, and acceptable and perfect, will of God

Our Vision

To live under the guideline of holiness and utilize wisdom in all things. We are to exemplify the traits and characteristics of a true virtuous woman. We are also establishing sisterhood while being a beacon of light in our society. WE ARE PROVERBS 31 WOMEN!!

Goals of Zeta Iota Chi Christian Sorority, Inc.

*To gain souls for the kingdom of God.
*To operate in excellence in everything we do for God, our church, our families and our community.
*To be mentors to all including young ladies and the Little Sisters of Zeta Chiette Junior Christian.

*To give back to our community by volunteering our services on a consistent basis.
*To lead by example. Our desire is to be a living sanctuary for Jesus Christ.
* To carry ourselves in a manner that people will be able to tell that there is something different about us.
